So guys, I have a question. Have you ever had a Monday that felt like Friday? 😂 ..like when you’re feeling beaten after a long week but the week has not even started properly. It feels like everyone (including myself) is rushing to get things done before 2017 is over, hence the crazy speed of everything and email/message/meeting people overload. My mind is all over the place, and the concentration level is hitting one of its lower points (I know it’s getting bad when after leaving the apartment, locking the door, and walking five floors down I suddenly start doubting whether I really locked the door and run back up just to check😄...sometimes repeating the whole thing twice)
Anyhow, following the advice of my friend: tonight, instead of rushing into my tasks and responsibilities, I will sit down, open up my journal and my calendar, and de-clutter my head. Can anyone relate btw? How do you deal with this?
